BRC Unity Sdn Bhd is a property management services company and currently managing a homestay sevices in Port Dickson under the name of Maya Apartment Bay View Villas. Our Homestay is an apartment type Homestay with the variety of 1 Bedroom Apartment, 2 Bedroom Apartment and 3 Bedroom Apartment.

We have a stunning view from 23th floor overlooking the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah (Bulatan Amanjaya), Movie Animation Park Studios (MAPS), Mydin Mall & North-South Expressway. This apartment has 1 room designated for children. It has a bunk bed, its custom-made designs suits children taste & it has 1 box fullof toys to keep them entertained. We also have a DVD player & a few DVD collections to make a 'movie time' in case your're feeling bored.

This apartment was intended for own stay when I'm back at my hometown. However, it remains empty and we decided to rent it out. Hopefully you will feel as comfy and relax as much as my family & I do! Enjoy your stay and do give us feedback so we can improve ourselves! This is a muslim homestay, hence we don't allow any alcohol/liquor or any non-halal foods. Thanks!
